Good evening,

I am looking SAP S/4HANA Process Expert (Returns, Claims, Repair, Quote Management)(m/f/d) supporting a sales?driven transformation project in the agricultural machinery. The consultant will work closely with a Salesforce Service Cloud implementation team to ensure seamless alignment between Salesforce processes and existing SAP S/4 business processes.

Project:

Start: ASAP
Capacity: Full-time
Initial Duration: 3 months (high chance of extension)
Remote and on-site Share: 50% remote and 50% on-site (Northern Germany-(Greater Hamburg/Bremen Area)
Project languages: English (Fluent) German (Fluent)

Responsibilities
  1. Analyze existing SAP S/4HANA processes in Returns, Claims, Repair, and Quote Management
  2. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities
  3. Define target process designs in alignment with the Salesforce Service Cloud project
  4. Act as a liaison between the SAP S/4 and Salesforce implementation teams
  5. Support functional workshops and stakeholder discussions
  6. Provide expert insight and best practices for business process transformation
  7. Document processes, requirements, and recommendations
  8. Ensure seamless integration and process alignment across systems
Requirements
  1. Several years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in:
  2. Returns & Claims
  3. Repair processes
  4. Quote-to-Order processes
  5. Strong background in business process analysis and design
  6. Proven track record in cross?system integration projects (SAP ? Salesforce advantageous)
  7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
