SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant

The SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant supports companies in the implementation, optimization, and further development of their maintenance strategies based on SAP S/4HANA PM. The goal is to comprehensively manage the lifecycle of technical assets and ensure long-term availability, operational safety, and regulatory compliance.
As part of S/4HANA transformation or greenfield projects, the consultant supports all project phases – from requirements gathering through solution architecture and system configuration to go-live and support.
Tasks
• Functional consulting on maintenance strategies within the SAP S/4HANA PM environment
• Design and configuration of:
o Maintenance notifications
o Maintenance orders and plans
o Task lists, measuring points, and measurement documents
o Technical objects (equipment, functional locations)
• Execution of all project phases: requirements gathering, solution design, customizing, testing, go-live, and hypercare
• Integration with related modules (MM, PP, EAM, FI/CO)
• Use of modern SAP technologies such as Fiori apps, Embedded Analytics, Predictive Maintenance, and IoT
• Implementation of best practices for preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance
• Close collaboration with departments such as maintenance, engineering, production, and IT
