SAP S/4HANA Master Data Specialist (Governance + Hands-On) – On-Site Required
I’m supporting a manufacturing group currently in the middle of a multi-country S/4 rollout, and we’re looking for an experienced SAP Master Data Specialist who can combine hands-on execution with process/governance design.

Location
  1. Stuttgart (preffered)

The Role
You will act as the bridge between the PMs, key users, and the implementation partner, taking ownership of master data quality, processes, and governance across several domains.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Perform hands-on master data activities: deduplication, cleansing, imports, validations
  2. Design and implement master data governance, standards, and workflows
  3. Support template rollout, testing, and user enablement
  4. Collaborate with PMs and local units across multiple countries
  5. Ensure data consistency across S/4HANA and connected systems
Master Data Domains
  1. Business Partners (customers, vendors, contacts)
  2. Equipment / product data
  3. Item master
  4. Materials (incl. production materials)
What We’re Looking For
  1. Strong S/4HANA master data experience
  2. Someone who can combine governance + operational execution
  3. Manufacturing/industrial background is a plus
  4. English required
