Beschreibung

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 Service Consultant to support our client's global SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The client currently operates in SAP CS module compatibility mode in S/4 and is making a shift to S/4 Service Advanced Execution mode. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing current CS processes, and drive the transition to S/4 Service, helping define integration points with SAP FSM (Field Service Management).

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support Transition from CS to S/4 Service module, incl. service notification, service orders, warranties, contracts, repairs, and equipment records.
  2. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to write RICEFW design related to Service.
  3. Conduct workshops with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and pain points in the current CS setup.
  4. Design future-state processes in S/4 Service.
  5. Assess and document gaps, data dependencies, and integration needs with SAP FSM (via Proaxia Cloud Connector or other means).
  6. Map legacy CS functionality to S/4 equivalents.
  7. Support testing, cutover, and hypercare activities as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
  1. Hands-on experience in configuration and customization of S/4 Service module.
  2. Deep knowledge of service orders, notifications, warranty management, equipment master, and installed base.
  3. Experience with integration to PM, SD, MM, and FI modules, as a plus.
  4. Prior involvement in S/4HANA projects, especially in assessing CS-to-S/4 Service transition impacts, is a strong plus.
  5. Experience with SAP FSM or knowledge of Proaxia Cloud Connector is a plus.
  6. Strong communication and documentation skills; able to liaise with business and technical teams.
  7. Fluent in English; other languages (e.g., German, Spanish) are a plus depending on project footprint.

Nice to Have:
Experience with manufacturing or field service-intensive industries (e.g., medical devices, capital goods, utilities).
Prior experience with Advanced Return Management configuration.
SAP certification in Customer Service or S/4 Service (if applicable).
