Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant - Hungary Localization
Location: Budapest, Hungary (80% On-site / 20% Remote)
Duration: January 1, 2026 - March 31, 2026 (High probability of extension until end of year)
Projected Volume: About 30% | 17 days per quarter per consultant
About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultants to join our team for the maintenance and legal change adoption of our HCM Hungary on-premise payroll solution. This is an excellent opportunity for seasoned professionals to work on a critical payroll localization project in Budapest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product support including customer incident and case resolution
- Implementing corrections and system adjustments
- Legal change implementation and compliance updates
- Enhancements and other adjustments for HCM on-premise payroll solution
- Ensuring compliance with Hungarian payroll regulations and standards
Required Technical Skills:
- ABAP development expertise
- Deep knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll
- Specialized experience in SAP HCM payroll localization for Hungary
- Understanding of SAP internal standards for maintenance and legal change adoption
- EMAP (Hungarian Event-based Data Sharing Platform) knowledge
- Experience with on-premise SAP HCM solutions
Language Requirements:
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Fluent Hungarian (mandatory) - solution developed in original Hungarian language
