We are looking for a SAP FI Consultant (m/f/d) for our FMCG client

Project description: The project is predominantly SAP-based (SAP ERP FI) but has many interfaces and/or workflow dependencies to non-SAP solutions. The aim of the project is to adapt and document existing ERP systems to enable a follow-up transition to S4 technology.

We are looking for the FinTec Solutions project a consulting service for the area of Finance.

Task (performed independently):
- Independent interviewing of Business Application Owners (Contact matrix of client stakeholders (BAOs) will be provided after contract signature (#GDPR, #NDA) in weekly remote meetings with the aim of collecting and documentation of their functional requirements in the SAP Finance and SD area (incl. SAP modules/solutions such as Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Bank, Invoice Verification Workflow, Self-Billing, Vendor MD, PS) based on own knowledge and experience
- Professional consultation of Business Application Owners based on own experience and expertise regarding the best approach for implementation of the functional requirements by taking into consideration the collected information
- Performance of a quality review of the functional requirements based on own professional evaluation and provision of corresponding feedback to the Business Application Owner (confirmation of quality or request for correction of gaps)
- Analysis of the functional requirements and estimation of the complexity of the implementation (time, effort, needed skills) based on own evaluation and expertise
- Development of decision papers based on all steps related to the functional requirements review and analysis and presentation to the FinTec Solutions Manage (online meeting) for a sign-off
- Review of the status/progress of implementation of the functional requirements developed by external service providers on a bi-weekly basis based on own expertise, creation of a report incl. the results and presentation to the FinTec Solutions Manager (online meeting) for a sign-off
- Definition of an implementation proposal (timeline, scope) and independent implementation of the functional requirements in the SAP environment based on the approved (by FinTec Solutions Manager) implementation timeline and scope

Clear appearance as an external consultant of the client whenever interacting with external parties.

Skills:
Must Have:
- English
- SAP FI knowledge.
- Nice to have: German is an advantage
