Job Title: SAP Cutover Manager (LATAM)
Location: Hybrid
Contract Type: 6-Month Initial Contract
About the Role:
A leading global FMCG company is seeking a SAP Cutover Manager to lead a critical system migration from ECC to S/4 HANA. This is a key role in ensuring a smooth transition and business continuity across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the transition from ECC to S/4 HANA, including system shutdown and go-live.
- Manage the complete cutover process, ensuring timelines are met and risks are mitigated.
- Oversee test management to ensure the new system meets operational and business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment and support throughout the transition.
- Focus on maintaining business continuity during the migration phase.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a SAP Cutover Manager, with a proven track record in system migrations to S/4 HANA.
- Strong expertise in business continuity planning and managing system cutovers.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- FMCG industry experience is a strong advantage.
