• Outstanding communication skills in English and German
• Solid knowledge of process modeling methods (e.g. BPMN, Design Thinking) and tools (e.g. Signavio)
• Experience in requirements engineering and prototyping
• Knowledge of automation technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power Platform, Blue Prism)
• Knowledge of using databases (SQL/No-SQL) and programming languages ??(e.g. JavaScript, TypeScript)
• Agile project management (e.g. Scrum, DevOps, Design Sprints)
