Beschreibung

To strengthen our team at our client's site, we are looking for a Sales Cloud Architect / Platform Owner (m/w/x)!
This role will provide coordination and technical leadership with the following key responsibilities.

Task description:
- Coordination and Leadership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce Sales Cloud platform IT topics of Salesforce org for the German Business Units
- Act as the liaison for the Commercial Excellence Team, Project Management Team with a focus on technical topics, and with the German Sales Business Unit teams
- Manage outsourced support for the German organization, ensuring effective collaboration with two external partners:
- 2nd Level Support: Salesforce Sales Cloud and SAP ERP integration issues
- 3rd Level Support: Customertimes product-related issues
- Lead the Quality Gate review process of the external implementation team.
- Technical Expertise and Management
- Oversee Salesforce platform with Customertimes applications, including a offline iOS mobile app and SAP ERP integration, in partnership with external support and project teams:
- Managed packages Customertimes CTpharma and CTorder implemented for pharmaceutical processes
- Sales representatives working in the iOS application Customertimes CTmobile
- Order and Master Data integration with SAP HANA via SAP CPI
- Participate as a technical expert in projects such for the CRM field force, Marketing Automation, Customer Service, and Commerce Platform
- Conduct technical requirements analysis and manage implementation activities in collaboration with external implementation partners.
- Collaboration and Alignment
- Align with the global Commercial IT Platform owner on architecture and implement global guidelines for the German Salesforce Sales org.
- Align with the Analytics & Reporting Team.
- Work closely with the SAP Team regarding interfaces.
- Strong collaboration with internal commercial excellence
- Collaborate with both internal and external project managements and implementation partners.
- Quality Assurance
- Manage quality assurance through the management of the Quality Gate for the German org.
- Coordinate tests to ensure operational excellence.
- Review project documentation
- Coordinate the CI/CD process
- Strategic Development
- Define necessary technical process steps to ensure quality.
- Define digital operating models to help the business achieve strategic goals.
- Ensure all functions are developed, tested, and continuously deployed reliably and efficiently cross platforms

Additional information:
- Maximum daily rate €400.00

Must Haves:
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with proven expertise in complex Salesforce implementations
- Bachelor’s degree in technology or an equivalent qualification
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Integration to Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Offline Mobile app synchronized with Salesforce
- SAP R/3 or S/4HANA integrations
- Written and spoken fluency in English
- Advanced German language skills (C1 level)
- High team spirit and a proactive, hands-on mentality
- Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail to ensure high-quality, precise outcomes
