Role: Sales & Distribution Product Owner
Location: Ulm, Germany

2 days to onsite is required every week

Job Description
• Work closely and lead discussions with partners to elicit information in order to understand true business needs as User Stories
• Exhibit business process expertise in Sales and Distribution overall and more specifically in SAP SD/CS. Knowledge of Sales Cloud (C4C) is plus.
• Lead and support the analysis, solution, design, and estimation of various projects and backlog items that address business problems.
• Prioritize work based on understanding of requirements and business impact.
• Understand technology strategy and help develop case alternatives which anticipate the future direction of the business.
• Have good product-based domain knowledge (e-commerce, product life cycle, sales, logistics, aftermarket service).
• Have 10-15 years of SAP experience involving in planning, designing, implementing, and testing end to end solutions in an international environment.

SAP SD, Billing and Revenue experience - Must have skills
• Expert in configuring SAP Sales & Distribution, Quote to cash processes like item categories, schedule lines, Pricing, Billing, Idocs, order management, Contracts, Account Managements, Availability, Credit Management, Database table knowledge, Consignment Process, Inter-company sales, Special business processes in SD
Should have knowledge of integration with CRM (C4C and SAP Hybris)
• Design, configure, develop and implement SAP functional modules - Design functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflow and forms - Utilizes SAP functional knowledge for issues and implementation opportunities
• Exposure in MM, FI, RAR integration.
• Have integration scenarios experience (SAP to non-SAP) using interfaces such as IDocs, RFC, SOAP, REST, etc.

• Good command of English
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Able to understand business context and processes.
• Good in explaining technical information to non-technical people.
• Ability to work in teams internationally and good interpersonal skills.
• Open to provide and receive feedback.
• With end to end mindset, able to monitor the progress, and take corrective actions.

Job Responsibilities
• Analyzing and Solving issues in SAP together with the regional/local experts and if needed try to find a solution with the vendor team.
• Train regional and local experts, team members, or other stakeholders if there is any knowledge gap in the process.
• Organizing and following up with different stakeholders of projects(rollouts, improvements) inside and outside the team.
• Responsible for customizing SAP and non-SAP systems in the team solution portfolio based on the value/impact which will be created.
• Gather requirements from the business stakeholders and talk to developers to start development while ensuring the reliability of the systems.
• Thinking about improving the process where possible.
• Propose solutions to solve complex business problems. It could be reusing existing solutions or suggesting a new solution.
• Set up, roll out, or make changes in the current setup of different functionalities of the fleet process.
• Testing of new and existing processes on different systems to ensure the quality and functioning of the system.
• Ensure good documentation.
