Responsibilities:
As an Enterprise Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex solutions across multi-tower and/or multi-service transformational opportunities. You will architect end-to-end integrated solutions leveraging the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to maximize value for the client. It is expected that you will be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Service is required. Beginner proficiency in SAP Field Service Management is recommended.
• Design innovative solutions that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in solution architecture.
• Continuously assess and improve solution delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions.
Skills:
SAP S/4HANA Service Module Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA service modules and functionalities.
Design and Implementation: Develop and implement business solutions within the SAP S/4HANA service module, including features like Service Enterprise Organization, Field Services, Service Contract Management, and Van stocks
SAP FSM Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP Field Service Management.
Integration: Manage the integration of SAP Field Service Management (FSM) with S/4HANA service module.
Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and improve existing applications and processes within the SAP S/4HANA service domain.
Consulting and Communication Skills: Excellent communication, consulting, and interpersonal skills.
