Test Manager – S/4HANA Program (Credit Management Knowledge Advantageous)

English is a must. German language is optional.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all testing activities for the designated S/4HANA program workstreams, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and high-quality deliverables

• Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test schedules in alignment with overall project milestones

• Organize and manage test case design, execution, defect tracking, root cause analysis, and reporting

• Facilitate test cycles (System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing) and ensure all business requirements are validated within the S/4HANA system

• Support test data preparation, test automation initiatives, and coordination with both internal and external stakeholders

• Generate and present dashboards and reports on testing status, progress, and quality metrics

• Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and project managers to drive issue resolution and ensure timely delivery

• Support continuous improvement of test management processes, tools, and templates

• Credit management knowledge and experience testing processes or solutions in SAP S/4HANA Finance is a strong plus

Expertise & Skills:

• Proven experience in SAP test management, ideally in large-scale S/4HANA implementation or transformation programs

• Solid understanding of SAP testing methodologies, test automation tools, and defect management processes

• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and project management practices (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)

• Analytical mindset, organized, with demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Outstanding communication skills and fluency in English

• Proficient in MS Office 365 and common test management tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager, HP ALM, Jira, Tricentis Tosca)
