Dear Consultant
As part of a new Global HR Service Delivery design, a regional service management layer is being established to support HR IT services across Europe (and other regions).
The Regional HR Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring stable, efficient, and continuously improving HR IT services, enhancing employee experience, enabling efficient HR processes, and delivering best value to HR stakeholders.

Contract Duration: 18–24 months (extension possible)
Working Model: Onsite
Experience Level: 8–10 years (profiles with 8 years accepted)
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage HR IT service delivery for the assigned region, delivered by global and regional HR teams (internal and external).
Track, measure, and improve service performance KPIs, including:
Ticket resolution within application SLAs
USAT / CSAT scores
Service efficiency (first-time-right, cycle times, etc.)
Manage service delivery for key customer populations, including:
FC employees
HR Shared Service Centre (SSC) associates
Operating Company (OpCo) HR teams
Co-own and manage the regional service roadmap with RFC Product Owners, including small projects to transition local services to global standards.
Perform supplier and vendor management for regional HR services and applications.
Own financial management aspects related to regional HR services.
Report to the Global HR Service Manager and collaborate closely with regional and global RFC Product Owners.
Drive a proactive, continuous improvement mindset across HR service delivery.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
8–10 years of experience in Service Delivery Management, preferably within HR IT environments.
Strong experience with HR processes, ideally on SAP SuccessFactors.
Solid, hands-on understanding of ITSM principles and ITIL framework.
Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership skills.
Strong stakeholder and client management skills in complex, matrixed organisations.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
Nice to Have
Experience working in global or regional HR service delivery models.
Exposure to HR Shared Services or multi-country HR operations.
Experience managing HR IT vendors and third-party service providers.
