Candidates with fluency in german language is mandatory(B2/C2/Native Speaker) . Job Description Experience 5-12 Yrs. Experience with Automotive Core Tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, 8D Report) as well as the VDA 6.3 and IATF 16949 guidelines à mandatory • Experience in cold forming, toolmaking, and welding technology à desirable • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills à mandatory • Willingness to assume and bear responsibility, subject-specific and time-related flexibility à mandatory • High self-motivation, resilience, commitment, assertiveness, and negotiation skills à mandatory • Ability to successfully manage problems and conflicts of interest among various customer groups (internal and external), as well as strong analytical, complex, and systematic thinking à mandatory • Very good German and solid written and spoken English skills are mandatory à mandatory Requirements • Completed university of applied sciences degree in mechanical engineering and at least two years of specialized training or comparable qualification with a quality-specific focus • Several years of specific professional experience, preferably in a comparable position in the automotive/supplier industry à mandatory • Good knowledge of QM planning, preferably in the automotive/supplier industry à mandatory • Methodological expertise: ideally VDA Volume 2 & VDA 6.3, IATF 16949, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) à desirable • Knowledge of and experience with customer requirements (Volvo, Mercedes, VW) à desirable • Knowledge of common quality management methods (FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, 8D Report)
