Required Skills:

· S/4HANA PP PI Skills, including knowledge in integration areas to other E2E Processes, including functional and technical understanding for

· Strong capability to design solutions for complex design questions (P2M related areas, but integration with other streams possible)

· Ability to guide counterparts in multiple areas, e.g., methodology, decision making, solutioning, operational to dos, priorities

· Coordination and Stakeholder Management Skills

Aufgaben:

· Coordinate all sub streams within Plan-to-Manufacture (Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing (including Execution and Planning) & Plant Maintenance) and manage cross-functional dependencies to safeguard consistency of the global template, this also includes alignments with Third Party Providers for specific topics

· Lead and support P2M and I2R team members by clarifying open topics - functional, admin and methodology - aligning priorities and driving timely delivery of assigned tasks

· Guide P2M counterparts in all areas - from solutioning to decision making, but also on operational tasks

· Manage regular workstream reporting, including progress updates, risk and impediment tracking, required decisions and PM actions, as well as monthly forecasting activities and administrative tasks defined by program management

· Act in addition to the Stream Lead role as Substream Lead for Manufacturing, includes:

o Lead the solutioning of open design topics required to finalize the global Plan-to-Manufacture template, with a focus on Manufacturing Execution, integration requirements, and related master data structures. Maintain all design documentation in project tools such as Confluence and Signavio

o SAP System Demo for remaining open, but complex topics

o Perform SAP customizing updates when design adjustments are required, based on insights gathered during system demonstrations, Fit-to-Standard workshops, and testing phases

o Create Functional Specifications for global and local RICEFW objects, including MES integration components and production-relevant enhancements within the S/4HANA environment, communication/alignment to Dev Team as well as testing and demo of RICEFW objects
