- Minimum 7–10 years of strategic procurement experience in an international environment
- Proven track record in procurement, supplier negotiations, and stakeholder engagement
- Strong understanding of ESG and compliance principles and digital procurement tools
- Experience in financially regulated institutes a plus
- Fluent in German & English
- Experience in setting up new procurement function
Your Tasks
- Establish Procurement as a central function
- Mentor and guide the newly created central procurement team
- Drive continuous improvement and digitalization of existing procurement processes
- Develop and implement global procurement processes by considering the existing status quo
- Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives and strategic supplier negotiations
- Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for goods and services
- Manage contract lifecycle ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., ESG, DORA, supply chain laws)
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and business units to align procurement goals
- Utilize procurement tools for automation and reporting to monitor spend analytics and supplier performance metrics.
