Role: IT Project Management
Location: Base Mannheim, once per month to Turkey (Ankara/Istanbul)
Hiring mode: Employment contract of 1 year with extension
Language: English and Turkish, German preferred

Job description:
  1. Lead the IT integration workstream within a cross-functional M&A program
  2. Coordinate alignment of IT systems, infrastructure, and governance between acquiring and acquired entities
  3. Drive execution of integration roadmap across multiple IT domains (ERP, infrastructure, security, collaboration tools)
  4. Ensure Day-1 and post-close stabilization of IT operations
  5. Coordinate data migration and application harmonization activities
  6. Align IT security, compliance, and governance frameworks
  7. Interface with HQ IT leadership and local Turkish teams
  8. Manage stakeholders across business, IT, and external vendors
  9. Monitor risks, milestones, and budget within the IT stream
Scope May Include
  1. ERP harmonization or consolidation
  2. Infrastructure and network alignment
  3. Identity & access management integration
  4. Collaboration platform migration
  5. Hardware refresh or standardization
  6. Application rationalization
Required Qualifications
  1. 8+ years experience in IT project management
  2. Proven experience in M&A IT integration (post-merger integration)
  3. Experience managing multi-stream IT programs
  4. Strong stakeholder management across corporate environments
  5. Fluent Turkish and English
  6. German language skills desirable
  7. Willingness to travel regularly to Turkey
