For our customer in the chemical sector we are looking for a product owner (m/f/d) / AI Governance framework

Establish AI Governance framework

• Develop and implement AI governance framework by creating policies, standards, and procedures for ethical, compliant, and secure AI development and deployment
• Monitor compliance to ensure AI initiatives adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Manage risks by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with AI technologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders including legal, compliance, IT, and business units to promote responsible AI usage
• Oversee and update governance frameworks as needed to align with new regulations and technological advancements
• Address and resolve compliance or ethical issues related to AI systems
• Develop and deliver training programs to raise awareness about AI governance and best practices
• Maintain thorough documentation of policies and procedures and provide regular reports on AI governance status
• Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies for effective governance, including policy-as-code and data governance software
• Continuously improve AI governance practices by staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes

• 3-5 years of experience in AI governance or a related field
• Understanding of AI ethics, data privacy laws, and regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act)
• Expertise in creating and implementing AI governance frameworks, policies, and standards
• Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to AI systems
• Strong skills in engaging and communicating with various stakeholders including legal, compliance, IT, and business teams
• Capability to analyze complex issues and make informed decisions regarding AI governance
• Leadership and project management skills to drive governance initiatives
• Knowledge of AI technologies, specifically GenAI technologies and applications of LLMs
• Familiarity with strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, customer focus methodologies, and digital product characteristics in data amp; analytics
• Experience with MS Azure, SAP, LLMs and Databricks
• Fluent in English
• Experience in expressing and storing policies as code or implementing them in third-party data governance software
