For our client we are looking asap for a experienced Process Manager E2E.Tasks:
• Within the EDP program there is a team (EDP Finance) which covers all the financial & administrative
aspects to enable the other program teams to purely concentrate on content. There are three major streams
to enable the project: Hardware & Software, Services and People.
• For the Stream “People” we are looking for a new lead who is taking on the E2E responsibility for the people
process, who covers all financial aspects and reporting for the people stream, but who also has a hands on
mentality to step in other topics that come up.
• The tasks and responsibilities in the EDP people process are comparable to those of a traditional HR
department. It covers the entire life cycle of a personnel resource, from the advertisement of a position under
regulated framework contract conditions, support for the selection of candidates, formal assignment with SAP
ordering, onboarding, personnel administration to offboarding.
• The People Lead E2E ensures the seamless operation of the E2E People process in close cooperation with
Organization Development. The operational management of this process is the core task of the position and
is supported by 2 other operational resources in day-to-day business.
• Within this process there is constant alignment with EDP Team: Organizational Development, Supplier Key
Account Managers, our Procurement Department, Accounting, etc.
• Also, part of the job is the financial planning and reporting. There tools are used such as Sciforma and SAP
and there is alignment with controlling
Goal:
• Operational management of the E2E People Process within EDP
• Ensure the seamless proceeding of all sub-processes, i.e., Recruiting, Ordering, Onboarding, Staff
Operation and Offboarding
• Align with all stakeholders of the E2E People Process (internal and external)
• Continuously improve the E2E process with support of EDP Organizational Development
• Provide continuous reporting upon all stages of the People process
• Ensure the detailed cyclic planning of the people aspect in the financial planning process
Skills:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in defining, executing and improving organizational and administrative
processes
• Experience in managing highly repetitive manual processes
• Willingness to dive into detailed management of activities if needed
• Analytical skills to reflect workflows and initiate continuous procedural improvements
• Good understanding of contractual frameworks and experience in operationalizing such frameworks
• Proven experience in managing highly repetitive manual processes
• Proven experience in handling and controlling processes in ERP systems
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Tool environments (especially MS Excel, MS Teams /
SharePoint)
• Fluent English (B2), German (C1)
Preferred requirements:
• Experience in HR environment and related processes
• Experience with SAP as ERP system (mainly procurement)
• Knowledge in automating processes (Power Automate)
