Oracle Consultant - HCM
Project Description
On behalf of a Big 4 consulting partner, we are looking for an Oracle HCM Consultant (freelance) to drive HR processes from conception to go-live.
Job description
Recording of technical requirements and design of Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labour and Talent modules
Configuration of workforce structures, fast forms, payroll elements and self-service functions
Ensuring compliance (in particular GDPR) and preparing country-specific reports
Planning and execution of system, integration and UAT tests
Skills
In-depth experience in Oracle HCM
In-depth expertise in at least two modules (e.g. Core HR, Payroll, Talent)
Familiar with HCM integrations (OTBI, HCM Extract, REST APIs)
Practical experience in international HR transformation projects
Strong communication skills in the HR and IT environment

Duration: 9 months (option to extend)
Location: Dortmund (50 % onsite / 50 % remote)
