Network Support Engineer (L2/L3)
Location: Eberbach, Germany
Mode: Contract
Duration: 6 Months extendable
Onsite Mode

We are seeking an experienced Network Support Engineer to provide operational and project-based support across enterprise network and security environments. The role involves supporting LAN, WAN, data centre, wireless, and security infrastructure, acting as an escalation point for complex incidents, and ensuring high availability of network services.

Key Skills & Technologies:
  1. Cisco routing & switching, Nexus, ACI
  2. Firewalls: Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet
  3. VPNs, WAN, LAN, Wireless
  4. Network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Splunk)
  5. Automation basics (Ansible, REST API – desirable)
  6. Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills
  7. Experience in Data Centre Network Support.

Certifications (Preferred):
  1. CCNP / CCNA (Security, Enterprise)
  2. CompTIA Network+
