Hello,
I’m currently working with an existing client to expand a running project, and we are looking for a Cloud Cost / FinOps Analyst to support financial planning and cost optimization activities.
The role focuses on cloud cost analysis, financial reporting, and budgeting for migration and cloud initiatives. You would be responsible for preparing monthly cost reports, performing cost calculations based on BOMs, and supporting Go/NoGo decision sessions as the cost representative.
Skills:
- Strong cost analysis and financial reporting skills
- Ability to work with cost calculation tools (e.g., cloud cost simulators)
- Basic understanding of cloud architectures and BOMs
- Solid presentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with FinOps principles
- English and German fluent
Tasks:
- Prepare monthly cost reports and presentations with key drivers and actions
- Perform cloud cost calculations based on BOMs for migration projects
- Participate in Go/NoGo sessions as the cost analysis representative
- Support budgeting rounds with financial data and calculations
- Contribute to the development of FinOps capabilities and cost optimization practices
Project Details:
