We are currently looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Project Operations Specialist (m/w/d) for one of our clients.

Project description:
The client is trying to roll out MS dynamics as a project management, resource planning and optimization tool for its growth business. The scope of this project is to drive the requirements gathering, plan and implementation of the solution. The aim of implementing MS Dynamics is to enhance resource management for growth projects

Task description:

* Implementation and Configuration:
o Professional coordination and steering of the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations under consideration of the project requirements based on own knowledge and experience
o Customization of entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards of the Dynamics 365 environment (provided by the client in advance) with the aim to meet business needs based on own expertise
o Professional execution of data migration, system integration, and final testing
o Documentation of the results and presentation to the client for a sign-off
* Project Management:
o Professional consultation of the project teams by checking accurate project records and consistent data entry in the Dynamics 365 environment based on own evaluation
o Monitoring of project timelines, budgets, and deliverables using Dynamics 365 tools. Creation of a status report of the results (bi-weekly) and handing over to the client for further use
o Technical consultation of the project managers regarding efficient resource planning and utilization based on own expertise
* User Training:
o Development and providing of training sessions for end-users based on own evaluation of scope and frequency
o Carrying out the troubleshooting of system issues to the relevant team member with the aim of solving them
o Creation of user manuals and test documentation and handing over them to the client for further use
* Process Optimization:
o Conduction of an Analysis of the current business processes with the goal of developing suggestions of enhancements based on the results
o Presentation of the suggestions to the client for a sign-off
o Implementation of best practices for project operations and monitoring them with the aim to reach compliance with organizational policies (provided by the client in advance)
* Planning, organisation and Facilitation of online meetings (monthly) to present the project status (incl. timelines, budgets, and deliverables) across the project related departments with the aim to reach the project objectives

* Skills & Experience:
o 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically Project Operations, Finance & Operations, or similar modules.
o Proven experience in project management, ERP systems, or business process analysis.
o Prior experience in a consulting environment or with ERP implementations is a plus.
o Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and financial processes.
o Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 solutions.
o Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is desirable.
o Technical, module/program project operations
o Must have: English and German.
