Senior Machine Learning Engineer / IT Developer–Integrator (AI, Sensor Fusion, MLOps)

100% remote - But candidates MUST be based in Germany (security reasons)

Full-time (Part-time min. 70% also welcome)

Project Duration: 01.09.2025 – 31.08.2026

Language: German fluency is mandatory

Join a cutting-edge innovation project focused on developing AI-powered pipelines for defense and intelligence applications!

What You’ll Do:
• Design, train, and optimize ML models for:
o Multi-sensor data fusion (SAR, EO, SigInt)
o Object detection, change detection & predictive analytics
• Build scalable, cloud-native AI pipelines
• Integrate solutions into real-time production systems
• Apply MLOps best practices (CI/CD, containerization, monitoring)
• Collaborate closely with platform and product teams

What You Bring:
• Deep experience in machine learning / deep learning using PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Strong Python skills, especially for geodata processing
• Hands-on with computer vision, SAR/EO/SigInt data
• Proven MLOps experience using Docker/Podman, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP
• Must be a resident in Germany with German citizenship
• Fluent in German (project language), English skills desirable

Bonus Points For:
• Experience in GEOINT/IMINT
• Familiarity with OGC standards

Work Setup:
• 100% remote working
• Full-time preferred, but part-time (?70%) considered for exceptional candidates
