k6 Test Automation Engineer (Grafana)

I’m currently hiring for a k6 Test Automation Engineer (Grafana) role and wanted to share the details with you:

This position focuses on performance and load testing of web applications and APIs using k6 (JavaScript). You’ll be responsible for designing and maintaining test scripts, defining test strategies (load, stress, spike, soak), integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, and analysing results to identify performance bottlenecks.

Key requirements include:

• Strong JavaScript (ES6+) skills

• Hands-on experience with k6

• Good understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, and WebSockets

• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)

• Familiarity with Grafana, monitoring tools, Docker, and Git

You’ll be working closely with DevOps, QA, and backend teams in a collaborative environment.

2-3 day per week contract - Remote with occasional onsite travel.

German speaker required.
