Beschreibung

The project aims to implement and standardize the SuccessFactors Time Off module across multiple countries within a global framework. The objective is to optimize and automate time-off processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and enable scalability through the establishment of a global standard. The project will begin with a proof of concept and expand based on configuration proximity and readiness of target countries.

Tasks:
Serve as the primary liaison between Business units (e.g., HR, Payroll) and IT to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for the SuccessFactors Time Off module
Conduct workshops and interviews with country stakeholders to understand and document local time-off policies, accrual rules, compliance needs, and reporting requirements
Analyze current time-off processes and identify opportunities for streamlining and automation within the SuccessFactors system
Act as the first point of contact to define, align, and coordinate requirements with various countries, ensuring consistency with global goals
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications aligned with the technical capabilities of SuccessFactors
Collaborate with implementation teams to design and validate system configurations, including leave types, accrual calculations, eligibility criteria, and approval workflows
Ensure alignment of configurations with applicable labor laws and regulatory frameworks at local, regional, and global levels
Facilitate regular stakeholder updates, risk discussions, and milestone tracking throughout the implementation
Manage stakeholder expectations by articulating system limitations and achievable outcomes
Develop comprehensive test scenarios from requirements and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) workflows with a focus on end-to-end validation
Identify, track, and resolve system issues discovered during testing phases
Lead training initiatives by preparing instructional materials and conducting training sessions for HR users and other stakeholders
Guide the transition from legacy systems to the SuccessFactors Time Off module through effective change management activities
Address user questions and issues post go-live to ensure successful adoption
Maintain thorough documentation including business requirements, test cases, configuration decisions, and user guides
Define and help enable reporting capabilities by identifying metrics and contributing to the setup of custom time-off reports
Following the PoC phase, assess and recommend which countries to onboard next, based on proximity to existing configurations and readiness
Contribute to the long-term vision of establishing a common global time-off standard

Requirements:
First experience in implementing and standardizing the SuccessFactors Time Off module in a global context
Analytical skills with the ability to gather, document, and translate complex business requirements into functional specifications
In-depth knowledge of global HR processes, time-off policies, accrual rules, and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across diverse international teams
Experience in designing, validating, and troubleshooting SuccessFactors configurations
Proficiency in developing test scenarios and executing UAT
Demonstrated ability to lead training initiatives and manage change effectively
Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
