• Troubleshooting experience in a variety of brands off compute, storage and network hardware including Cisco, Juniper etc
• Good communication skills to work with multiple 3rd party vendors
• Ability to handle multiple tickets at one time, while being able to re-prioritize new incoming high priority tickets
• Travel on need basis – for supporting the data center HW/SW related upgrades & issues
