- Provide first and second level support for IT systems
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with teams
- Document incidents, solutions, and operational procedures in ITSM system
- Create instructions for fault resolution and operations processes
- Coordinate major issue resolution efforts across stakeholders
Your profile
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, equivalent experience considered
- Extensive experience troubleshooting complex IT infrastructures
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum methodologies is essential
- Strong analytical skills coupled with a customer-oriented approach
- Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
