You’ll manage the end-to-end delivery of high-profile IT projects as part of a global ERP transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate IT resources across all project phases
  
  
• Lead internal teams and external partners, ensuring the right expertise is in place
  
  
• Guide your team with a proactive, collaborative, and future-focused approach
  
  
• Prioritize and adapt across a fast-moving project environment
  
  
• Communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders at all levels
  
  
• Ensure strong governance, compliance, and risk management
  
  
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and KPIs, making data-driven adjustments

What You Bring

• Degree in IT, Business Informatics, Engineering or similar – or equivalent experience
  
  
• Proven track record leading IT/ERP projects (ideally SAP S/4HANA or similar)
  
  
• Experience with project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools like JIRA or MS Project
  
  
• Solid grasp of business processes across departments (Finance, Logistics, Procurement, etc.)
  
  
• Skilled in managing budgets and external vendors
  
  
• Strong communicator, confident engaging with all levels of the business
