Role : Project Management support
Location: Frankfurt Germany (4 days onsite per week, 1 day per week remote)
Contract : 350 euros per day
Atleast B2 German speaker


• Identify and manage interdependencies across services.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among teams.
• Track and follow up on action points. Maintain related tools and documentation up to date.
• At least 2 years proven experience in secretariat roles and/or working group set-ups.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex operational governances and cross-functional topics, especially within financial market infrastructures, will be considered an asset.
• Draft and coordinate the review of the TARGET Services’ Change Notifications, outlining proposed changes, service-specific impacts, and the necessary steps for implementation
• At least 1 year of experience in planning, managing, and coordinating projects within financial market infrastructures. Knowledge of the European Commission’s Project Management Methodology.
• Demonstrated experience with the European financial market infrastructures for payments, securities settlement, or collateral management, I.e., the TARGET Services, will be considered added value.
• Prepare the business model process notation (BPMN) and draft the related process descriptions for inclusion in the TARGET Services’ Operational Governance Processes Frameworks.
• Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously and finding solutions proactively with a results-oriented focus. Excellent team working capabilities, problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Compute metrics and draft reports that assess the quality of releases after testing and deployment, highlighting key findings and recommending follow-up actions.
• Draft meeting agendas, outcomes, action points and status update reports for internal coordination forums.
• Maintain and draft handbooks related with the secretariat’s work.
• Good command of MS Excel and PowerPoint. Proven experience with Python will be considered an asset.
