Beschreibung
Tasks:• Support in the management of interdisciplinary and intercultural project teams in hardware development projects (power electronics)
• First point contact person for the customer side
• Bringing development projects safely into series production and implementing customer changes and "cost down" measures in series maintenance
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders at project and management level
• Define project requirements and negotiate technical changes
• Identification of risks at an early stage and counteract them with sustainable measures together with your project teams
• Solve possible escalation scenarios
• Introduce ideas for continuous improvement into the projects as well as into the structural and process organization
• Ensure the achievement of goals with regard to quality, specifications, costs and deadlines
Qualifications:
• Experience in the field of hardware development & power electronics in the automotive environment
• Experience as lead engineer, project manager or similar in automotive development projektcs
• A hiigh technical understanding, distinct experience in international project business as well as good knowledge of development processes in the automotive environment (e.g. Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262 etc.)
• Good skills to plan ahead and coordinate resources accordingly
• You are characterized by your ability to work in a team and your negotiating skills
• You have leadership and decision-making skills, very good analytical skills and a conceptual and creative way of thinking
• You are proficient in MS-Office and the planning tool MS Project
• You have a good skills in English (spoken and written) and in German (an advantage)
