Zu besetzen ist interimistisch die Rolle eines Global Process Owners im End-to-End-Prozess Order-to-Cash für den Bereich Order Management. Wir suchen hier explizit KEINEN SAP-Berater, sondern vielmehr einen Fachkollegen zur Unterstützung unseres Fachbereichs und Projektteams OTC für den Bereich Order Management (Kundenauftragsabwicklung).
· In charge of the to-be processes definition & documentation based on process strategy & customer requirements
· builds-up and guides process community by fostering collaboration, resolving conflicts and promoting participation to ensure process harmonization and continuous process optimization?
· drives the requirements management process?
· validates requirements provided by LPO (Local Process Owner)
· secures alignment upon to-be processes with interface GPOs ?
· defines, implements and follows up on PPIs and measures ?
· allocates resources to processes in exchange with the E2EGPO, incl. assignment of PE role?
Themenbeschreibung laut Process Map:
- Standard sales order processing: This process encompasses the creation, confirmation, and fulfillment of customer sales orders. It includes order entry, pricing, availability and delivery schedule checks.
- Third party order processing: In this process, a company creates customer orders using goods or services provided by a third-party vendor. While the order is placed at the company, the order is fulfilled by the third-party vendor.
- Consignment order processing: Consignment orders are orders for inventory at a customer’s location while retaining ownership until consumption.
- Service order management: This process involves managing customer orders for services. It includes order receipt, confirmation, execution, and completion.
- Self-service order processing: Self-service order processing allows customers to place orders directly through online portals or automated systems.
- Custom development order processing: Preparation and processing of customer specific orders with engineering efforts (engineer-to-order) e.g. for highly customized products and projects (e.g. wall panels business) (TBD if required or can be compensated with standard sales order and CPQ)
- Returns processing: This process handles the commercial steps involved in product returns initiated by customers. It includes return reasoning check, authorization and communication with the customer (e.g. refund, replacement etc.). The inspection is done Outbound Logistics process.
- Order changes handling: When customers request modifications to existing orders (e.g., quantity changes, delivery date adjustments), this process manages those changes.
- Automated replenishment: In retail, automated replenishment ensures that store shelves are stocked efficiently. It uses demand forecasting and inventory levels to trigger automatic restocking orders.
- Manual stock transfer order: Retailers use this process to transfer inventory between stores or distribution centers. It involves creating stock transfer orders.
- Customer order (WEB): This process specifically relates to online customer orders in the retail sector. It covers order placement and payment processing through web interfaces.
- Intercompany order processing: Intercompany sales occur when one legal entity within a corporate group sells goods or services to another entity. The process involves the creation, confirmation, and fulfillment of intercompany sales orders.
- Advanced ATP: This process enables the prioritization of orders even after confirmation through backorder processing, e.g. by placing a rush order that was created for a very strategic customer where the stock of the material orders has already been committed to sales orders of other customers of a lower confirmation strategy hierarchy. After executing the backorder processing run, stock previously committed to sales orders with customers classified as REDISTRIBUTE, FILL and LOSE has shifted to the rush order containing a customer classified as WIN.
