Introduction
We support the company in searching for a German-speaking MCM process expert with utilities expertise, who is familiar with the processes for network operators in the energy industry.
Responsibilities
• Measurement Concept Management (MCM)
• MCM adapter development and configuration
• Design and implementation of measurement concept classes and models using SAP Utilities Core foundation
• Configuration of measurement profiles and assignment of measurement types
• MCM creation, change, and shutdown processes
• Network diagram visualization for complex metering structures
• ABAP development for S/4HANA environments
• SAPUI5 and OData service development
• SAP Event Mesh integration and event-driven architecture
• CDS Views and SQLScript development
• SAP Business Technology Platform integration
• SAP S/4HANA Utilities Energy Data Management (EDM) module configuration and customization
• Utilities master data management including Point of Delivery (PoD), connection objects, premises and installations
• Device installation and technical master data setup processes
Qualifications
• German (mandatory)
• Experience level: E3 - Senior Consultant (Minimum SAP Experience 3-6 Years)
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (BDEW, Federal Network Agency, MaKo, EDIFACT/MSCONS)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Utilities and SAP MCM for Utilities
• Experience in migration of IS-U inventory systems to cloud-based MCM components
• Process consulting IS-U / MCM (meter to cash)
• Integration with SAP Business Technology Platform
• Coding skills in ABAP

• Approach to implement measurement concept in MCM
• Concept to be implemented in MCM

• Analysis of existing measurement concepts and point of delivery structures
• Design of target measurement concept according to regulatory requirements
• Configuration of MCM component in SAP system including customizing of rates, meter reading and plausibility rules
• Integration and acceptance tests and validation of market communication processes
