FSA250615P3A1 - S/4HANA-Aftersales SD (Claims & Returns) 9 Month, 1 Persons, Remote/Wörth)
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Aftersales Consultant with deep expertise in Claims & Returns and Advanced Returns Management (ARM). The ideal candidate will support end-to-end reverse logistics processes, guide customers toward standard solutions, and lead workshops, configuration, testing, and training activities.
1. Project Description and Responsibilities:
The Consultant Role has the following tasks and activities:
• learn and understand the current processes requirements
• steer the customer into a close to standard process definition
• explain S/4HANA Standard to business and IT
• create customer solution documentation
• write functional specification
• maintain needed customizing
• test already existing solution based on S/4HANA best practises and new functions and processes with the customer
2. Profile Requirements / Skills & Knowledge:
• Good knowledge in SAP S/HANA Aftersales SD (Claims & Returns) and E2E processes,
• Good knowhow in Advanced Returns Management (ARM) and end-to-end management of supplier and customer returns
• Good knowledge in the area of automotive, preferably in line supply/logistics/ aftersales
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects and agile projects
• First experience in cloud solution SAP Complaint Handling is beneficial
• Several years of business consulting experience
• Fluent in English - Nice to have: fluent in German
3. The detailed activities will be:
• conduct workshops with the business to understand requirements
• create an end to end solution design of the reverse logistics process (Claims and Returns) and discuss it with the other streams, with Customer and SAP CIS
• setup the system according to final solution design
• test solution
• conduct trainings and know how transfer to customer
• Consultants Needed: 1
• Duration: 175 PT / Full-Time
• Start: ASAP
• Languages: English (min C2), German (min C2)
• Location: Germany - Wörth
• Remote Work: possible
• Hourly Rate: 70 to a maximum of 90 EUR/Hour (Non-negotiable!)
