About the Project
Our client, a leading company in the chemical industry, is seeking an experienced AI Full Stack Engineer to drive innovative development initiatives and support their digital transformation journey. This project focuses on developing new initiative activities while maintaining critical application infrastructure in a complex international environment.
The role combines strategic development work (70%) with operational support (30%), requiring expertise in AI integration, full-stack development, and application landscape management across Microsoft and Google environments.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Take ownership of developing new initiative activities (70%) and NCE (North-Central-Europe) applications (Design, Build, Run)
  2. Support application landscape transformation programs including MS Office Decomm, ADAPT, and ALign
  3. Contribute to prompt engineering and practical AI enablement in internal applications
  4. Support the internal AI community by sharing best practices or supporting vibe coding efforts
  5. Integrate AI services into applications, particularly with Google Gemini / Gemini API
  6. Handle incident management (ticketing) (30%) and troubleshooting in mixed Google/Microsoft environments
  7. Work with ServiceNow for IT Service Management including Demands, Incidents, and Application Portfolio Management
Your Profile
  1. Englisch must-have
  2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in application development or support with senior-level expertise
  3. Strong understanding of frontend, backend, and database interactions in web/mobile applications
  4. Hands-on experience with AI services integration, ideally Google Gemini/Gemini API
  5. Experience working with customized internal applications built on various technologies in a complex business environment
  6. Solid knowledge of Microsoft-based applications, servers, and databases (MS SQL, .NET Framework)
  7. Programming expertise in Java, .NET, Python, or Google Script
  8. Experience with GitHub repositories, Power BI, and Google Workspace administration
  9. Good working knowledge of Google Workspace / Google Suite
  10. Strong skills in IT change management, incident management, troubleshooting, and ticket handling
  11. Experience with one or more relevant programming languages (Java, .NET, Python, Google Script)
  12. Familiarity with Vibe Coding based on Firebase or Codex
  13. Experience with prompt engineering or practical AI enablement
  14. Knowledgeable and experienced with Code Repositories based on GitHub
  15. Comfortable working in an international environment with stakeholders across several countries
  16. Ability to quickly understand non-standard, business-specific application landscapes
