Dear Excel & Finance Specialists,
For one of the leading digital marketing agencies in Germany (global size), we are currently looking for 2-3 Excel specialists with experience in finance and budgeting. 100% remote and long-term.
QUICK FACTS:
* Freelancing/Contracting
* Start: April
* 100% remote
* Duration: long-term, until end of 2025
* Capacity: full-time, part-time start also possible
* Language: English (no German needed)
* US business hours (9am - 6pm EST which is 2pm - 11pm German time)
Responsibilities/Tasks:
- You will work with the finance team with the objective to bring more structure into budget and PO (purchase order) management
- Review incoming media invoices and compare to SAP
- Gather campaign data in excel sheet and prep for analytics (ultimate goal: closing loop between spendings and performance)
- Optimize the process and implement automations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to understand and build complex formulas
- Understanding of the media industry could be an advantage, but not a must-have
- Very good eye for the details and you have to be a quick learner
- You will work closely with Finance team and report results to them
