The customer develops professional voice and data radio solutions for regulated environments. We are looking for an experienced embedded expert with strong C/C++ and RTOS expertise and a sound understanding of hardware for a tech company in the Ulm area.

Your role in the project:

- Further development of hardware-related embedded software in C/C++

- Specification, implementation, and verification of device software

- Module, integration, and device testing, including test design

- Integration of new software components into existing system architectures

- Collaboration on architecture reviews and technical coordination with hardware & system engineering

- Structured, auditable development in a security-relevant context

Your profile:

- Expert knowledge of embedded projects with C/C++

- Strong understanding of hardware-related development

- Experience with RTOS

- Project experience in regulated or safety-critical environments

- Highly structured, independent way of working

- Professional command of German and English

Advantage: Experience with functional safety (e.g., DO-178, ISO 26262, IEC 61508) or - Experience with radio technologies/software-defined radio.
