Data Center Technician (m/f/d) for one of the World's Largest Software Manufacturer
We are looking for dedicated Data Center Technicians (m/f/d) to join our team at a state-of-the-art data center in Berlin. In this key role, you will actively contribute to maintaining and developing the technical infrastructure of a globally leading company. You will be involved in daily maintenance and troubleshooting in a dynamic and technically demanding environment. If you have experience handling break-fix tickets and basic knowledge of server, network, and cabling technologies, we look forward to receiving your application.
Responsibilities:
Daily handling of Level 2 break-fix tickets in the data center
Identifying sources of errors and implementing necessary corrective actions
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of server technology, networking, and cabling
Experience with break-fix ticket handling
Ability to identify error messages and quickly find solutions
Experience with data center infrastructure (e.g., server racks) is a plus
English language skills are required, as communication often takes place in English
Willingness to work 100% on-site
Solid experience in a data center or similar technical environment (at least 6 months)
Driver's license
