Tasks:
Support brand leadership in adopting services; ensure smooth content delivery
Manage incoming requests, allocate resources, and oversee timelines/quality
Coordinate with content, brand, and omnichannel teams; act as PM for complex projects incl. offshore teams
Drive change management, communication, and process improvements
Prioritize workload, plan deliveries, and track adoption through reporting/metrics
Qualifications:
Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills
Knowledge of content management workflows
Proven project/program management (planning, risk, follow-through)
Experience with supplier & budget accountability
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel)
Fluent Business English & Italian
Details:
Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 months
Workload: min. 30h/week
Location: Remote, ideally 2–3 days onsite Italy
