Main tasks:

• Opening messages and check the message flow during the live show
• Removing abusive comments
• Banning users
• Answering questions in the chat (if not addressed to host/guest)
• Prompting viewers to engage in the chat
• (In case of giveaway) Handle post-show communication with giveaway winners via email

Main qualifications:

• Familiar with live streams events and chat messages activities (usually used in all SoMe platforms)
• Strong written communication skills in the show’s languages (spanish language)
• Ability to identify and appropriately handle abusive or inappropriate behavior (onboarding will be done to identify this approach)
• Fast and accurate typing to respond to questions and engage viewers in real-time
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced live environment
