The specialist provides Tier 3 ownership for compute and OS services in the German production landscape.
Responsibilities include complex incident resolution, deep technical troubleshooting, and ensuring system
readiness for releases. The role enhances operational procedures, focusing on automation, documentation, and
quality assurance. Collaboration with Kubernetes, data, network, and storage specialists is essential for cross-
domain production topics. Security and compliance requirements must be upheld through monitoring and
vulnerability mitigation.
