We are looking for a placement in temp labor for our global IT department.
Background:
We understand the importance of a mature ITSM Change Management and thorough Problem Management. For that we are looking for a Process Manager to join us temporarily to support in implementing the IT strategy, accompanying governance mechanisms and release management in the Global IT environment. The focus of the role is on operational process responsibility for the topics of Change Management and Problem Management.
Tasks:
· Operational responsibility for the topic of IT Change Management to ensure a proper Change Management process in day-to-day activities as there are monitoring, supporting approvals (CAB) and fostering continuous improvement.
· Operational responsibility for the topic of IT Problem Management to ensure a proper Problem Management process, including ensuring data quality, monitoring, reporting and fostering continuous improvement for the Problem Management process.
· Support the development and realization of a roadmap for holistic and agile Change and Problem Management in alignment with ITIL best practices.
· Act as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders in operational matters: gather requirements from day-to-day business and translate them into process actions.
· Maintenance, improvement and implementation of the processes within the ITSM solution; ensure accurate and up-to-date process documentation and reporting.
· Provide training and operational support to colleagues and external partners, including the creation of user guides and job aids.
· Close collaboration and knowledge exchange with and proxy for our other Process Managers and Process Owner in the ITSM area.
Requirements:
• Successfully completed studies with a focus on computer science, business informatics or comparable training.
• Several years (2-3) of professional experience in IT-Service Management (especially Change Management and Problem Management)
• Experience with ITSM tools in the area of Change Management, Problem Management, Reporting and IT-Service Management is an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong understanding of ITILv3 or ITILv4.
• Familiarity with IT governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Business fluent in English and German.
Duration: 1 year
Working time: preferrably 35 hours per week
