Für unseren Kunden aus der Energiebranche suchen wir derzeit einen SAP HCM Berater (m/w/d) mit Fokus auf Master Data Management.
Laufzeit: 17.02.2025 - 31.12.2025
Auslastung: ca. 50% (100 PT)
Standort: 90 % remote | 10% Regensburg
Sprache: Deutsch und Englisch
Scope: Consolidation of all HR masterdata (for defined use cases) on P83 by extending existing interfaces or setting up new interfaces from local HR systems.
Goal: SAP HCM P83 to serve as the groupwide central database for HR masterdata and organizational structure distribution to global applications)
Status: ongoing, overall project duration: 2021 – 2026
Consulting for HR projects in the area of HCM Master Data Management
• Definition of functional and technical requirements for new interfaces or enhancements of existing interfaces from local HR systems to central HCM system
• Consulting support for assessing and ensuring data quality in the central master data system with regards to data flows to global systems such as Finance, EIDM, BI, etc.
• Advise Troubleshooting in case of issues with data flow to global systems (e.g. Finance, Identity Management), e.g. workflow failures due to incorrect or missing data
• Consulting for Personnel Administration (PA) & Organization Management (OM) questions and issues and share best practices on further harmonization measures preparing cloud readiness.
Skills:
• SAP HCM knowledge with focus on Organizational Management and Personnel Administration
• Strong analytical skills
• SAP HCM Authorization knowledge would be a plus but not mandatory
• HCM authorization knowledge desirable but not mandatory, only if applicable
• Fluent English and German Skills
