Our client is a nationwide logistics and supply chain organisation headquartered in Hamburg. The company operates complex, business-critical IT environments that support transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes, with a strong focus on secure, stable, and modern digital workplace solutions. This is a remote 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a large-scale internal IT infrastructure comprising several thousand systems
- Analyse and resolve complex technical incidents within 3rd-level support, ensuring high system availability and performance
- Own and progress advanced support tickets, working closely with internal teams and selected external partners on complex issues
- Plan, implement, and document updates, patches, and security measures to maintain stable and secure operations
- Create, test, and deploy software packages using MECM
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and workplace teams to integrate new services and support evolving business requirements
What You Bring
- Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a comparable qualification
- Strong hands-on experience with MECM, especially in software packaging and deployment
- Experience with Intune is a strong advantage
- Confident handling of ticketing systems and established IT support processes
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Structured, service-oriented approach and strong communication skills
- Excellent German skills and a good command of English, both written and spoken
