Einsatzort: Ottobrunn
Aufgaben:
• Resolving level 2 and 3 incidents oriented towards telephony / videoconferencing
• Responding to specific hardware or application requests.
• Feeding a technical knowledge base.
• Participating in Telephony / Videoconferencing Projects.
• Providing occasional assistance to operating teams.
• Ensuring the MCO of the Telephony and Videoconferencing infrastructure.
• Ensuring the transfer of skills to technicians, if necessary.
• Update technical documentation and procedures
Skills:
• Advanced knowledge of Cisco VOIP (CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, IPPhone, Cisco CUBE, VG), Webex, and Cisco Videoconferencing (endpoints, TMS, Pexip, etc.).
• Knowledge of Webex Calling, Webex app
• Knowledge of VMware suite and vSan storage
• Knowledge of Kurmi, Telisca, PeterConnects ecosystems
• Good knowledge of MGCP/SIP/H323 protocols.
• Knowledge of WAN/LAN network and security as well as system administration and PC environment would be a plus.
• A CCNP Collaboration certification would be a plus
