Monthly master controlling updates.
Provisioning of weekly working time reports.
Scope Management:
Responsible for ongoing quality checks of Scope Items within SAP Focused Build and coordination of system improvement activities with responsible team leads and members.
Contact for questions regarding SAP Focused Build and technical support for Scope or Test related questions.
Change Request Management

Functional and personnel management of 8 employees, including IT Governance, Project Portfolio Management,
Project Management and Process Management.
Close support of the CIO in IT management tasks.
Responsible for the planning and coordination of CIO Office tasks and initiatives.
Recruiting of new team members and designing of job functions.
Further development of reporting and controlling structures.
Development of new IT Sourcing Strategy in close cooperation with procurement.

Responsible to lead and develop a team of 14 internal and external PMO, OCM and BPM employees.
Merger of the initially separated PMO and OCM teams and alignment of key topics.
Team development and recruitment for PMO and Project Controlling roles.
Implementation of project management standards, tools, guidelines and processes.
Design and implementation of multi-project controlling processes and reporting structures with strong focus on
budget management.
Responsible for the program resource management.
Support of the management team for overall project planning and budget estimations.
Proactive community building and collaboration with Migros Group-IT experts.
Coordination, preparation and participation of negotiations and close cooperation with team members and
procurement and legal experts.
Design of contractual deliverables and general conditions.

Support of the Managing Director (MD) and Management Team`s working model.
Support of operations related to the MD office and the whole SAP Swiss Management Team.
Close collaboration with the MEE regional offices to help deliver Regional and Cross MU programs and initiatives.
