Skills
Senior Product Owner and Product Manager with 15+ years in IT, including 10 years in product ownership and product management. Own the full product lifecycle: discovery, idea and use case evaluation, roadmap, backlog, implementation, and feedback. Focused on complex distributed systems, including data-heavy and AI-enabled products in regulated environments: Financial Services, Healthcare, Public Sector, and enterprise software. CBAP, PSPO I, PSM I certified. SQL fluent.
Took six GenAI agents from PoC to production for a healthcare enterprise client in three months, cutting engineering delivery time on target SDLC tasks by ~40%. Defined governance and success criteria to keep AI-generated output intentional and production-ready, and worked hands-on with engineers on model integration and compliance-aligned data sourcing (HL7/FHIR). Comfortable being the human judgment layer that decides what ships.
Own platform and capability-based products: internal data platforms, ETL pipelines, API-driven integrations, and enterprise data ecosystems aggregating 30+ system integrations. Prioritize against user needs, business value, and technical feasibility using usage data and stakeholder feedback. Translate business problems into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and technical specifications, aligning engineers to C-level.
Hands-on across discovery, experimentation, and continuous delivery in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban). Performed Product Owner, Product Manager, Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach roles across greenfield and enterprise programs.
