My main level of expertise is agile IT project management and user research. I've recently started freelancing, but worked during my agency times with clients like Siemens, Ergo, Peloton, Charité (hospital) and more on either bringing new software products to live or improve existing solutions with the help of user research.
In the field of user research I follow a mixed methods approach to identify problem areas with quantitative research (surveys, data analytics, A/B Tests) and dive deep into understand the "why" with qualitative research (moderated interviews, usability test, focus groups).

Femtasy is an audio streaming platform for female-centric audio erotica focusing on the German & French market. In my split role between user research and product owner, I find the sweet spot between user
satisfaction & business opportunities. I work closely with our hybrid design, content & marketing teams to bring user insights into action and manage the roadmap for our remote, in-house development team.
Some impactful achievements:
* Increased the share of annual subscribers from 70% to +85%
* Reduced customer support requests for cancellations by 30%
* Setup and management of our research knowledge base
* Increased the conversion rate of our main LP by 28%
* Increased the number of full plays per user - as a main success metric - by 50%
* Collaborated with the marketing team to deliver our best-converting campaigns by integrating them into the product

Planned, executed & controlled projects ranging from user research to product development. Prepared user stories & backlog. Coordinated the work of 5 designers & 3rd party product development & aligned stakeholder in customer workshops. Continuously optimized internal processes and the evolution of team culture.

ERGO Digital Ventures – Onboarding Concept (2021)
Planned & conducted multiple usability & content tests for a virtual reality learning experience for sales representatives.
Result: Definition of key improvement areas for the content & conception of a user-friendly onboarding experience.
Charité – Product Concept (2021)
I conceptualized, planned & conducted usability tests with adolescents for a tool that helps to diagnose computer gaming and internet addiction. Evaluated and presented results to clients in an effort to ensure the continuous usage of the product. Result: Usability improvements & roadmap adaptations.
Mobil Krankenkasse – Website Redesign (2020)
Prepared and executed multiple research studies including card sorting and design preference tests, evaluated the prioritization of tasks for my team and organized and moderated customer workshops in an effort to optimize the user experience while keeping technical changes at a minimum. Result: Decreased User-Error-Rate for the main information flows from 51% to 25%. Improved perception of the visual design from 2.8 to a new 1.9 (school grades).
SIEMENS AG - Product Concept (2020)
Drafted market research questions in an effort to create a first product concept for transparent supply chains in regards to the PCF. Identified, interviewed, and maintained relations to key stakeholders. Prioritized features and coordinated concept. Result: Prototype of main features.
AUDI Denkwerkstatt - Concept Test (2020)
Conceptualized a strategy to test the market acceptance as well as the willingness to pay for a new product idea. Set-up monitored & evaluated social-media-campaigns. Result: Conversion-Rate for booking the product 9%, conversion rate for newsletter sign-up 1,3%.
ADWEKO - Innovation Bootcamp (2018)
Conceptualized, coordinated, and co-moderated a 5 Day Design Sprint. Result: Developed a new product idea and created a first click-dummy.
