From concept to execution, my contribution ensures measurable impact and sustainable results in process improvement.
Led process-driven software development in a high-intensity, time-critical logistics environment within a pan-European network. Designed and implemented a process-first approach to ensure software was robust, resilient, high-performing, secure, and fully optimized for lean operations. Developed a digital twin of operational workflows, mapping processes across multiple layers and translating them into software architecture. This “process X-ray” approach allowed continuous alignment and co-evolution of processes and software, enabling a reliable, agile platform that supported tightly scheduled, mission-critical operations.
Directed the integration, harmonization, and optimization of administrative processes in a pan-European network formed through a major merger and acquisition. Established a process-driven organizational structure, aligning diverse legacy systems and workflows to create a unified operational backbone. Led preparation and alignment for large-scale software rollouts, including a Transport Management System, new accounting software, data management platforms, and invoicing systems—ensuring seamless integration with operational processes. This work bridged the gap between administration and operations, enabling an agile, efficient, and scalable foundation for future digital transformation initiatives.
