With Strategy&, worked on a digitisation project for a German public sector client within the
sphere of security and defence: wrote concepts for project coordination, program
management, task management, project oxices and financial processes and discussed
the concepts with senior client stax
Creating and establishing a "Shared Delivery Center" and a "Center of Excellence" within the
Public Sector and managing of 20+ non-academic stax. Introducing and establishing a
workflow for headhunting targeted at non-academic profiles, establishing a learning and
